Here's a list of my items I packed, carried and wore, with their weights.  I had a base pack weight of at least 17.1 pounds.  When consumables (food, water and fuel) were added, the total pack weight went up to 32.5 pounds.  With my worn or carried items, the skin-out weight rose to 41.4 pounds.
